I explored Net Library and Over Drive audio book sites and the FAQs on the library's web page and downloaded the One Click Media Center and read the Media Center Installation page.
In Net Library I downloaded Big Red Tequila by Rick Riordan to the desktop with a 20 day checkout and then deleted it.
These sites I will probably never use as I don't like listening to books, would rather read them.
Had some difficulty trying to download in Over Drive, and found Net Library easier.
